We spent 2 nights in deluxe king room. The location was absolutely perfect - adjacent to the airport as well as Astana. It also was in the middle of jackson.

we didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, even so everything was amazing. the room was huge and amazingly comfortable and had private bathroom plus tea and coffee making facilities, and glassware. the vibe here was quiet. besides, free wi-fi throughout the property worked flawlessly. the location was unbeatable, for example, a white latticed tower was at a short distance from the hotel.

The club king room overlooks city and includes an electric kettle and glassware. It is exceptionally comfortable and bathtubs is provided. The staff are helpful and friendly and offer concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge.

The service we received at The Ritz-Carlton was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The attention to detail was exceptional, and we were treated like royalty throughout our stay. The amenities were top-notch, and the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel made us feel pampered and relaxed. The location was also perfect, with stunning views that truly took our breath away. we had a wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton and would highly recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in Nur-Sultan for my birthday and had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff went above and beyond to make my day special, and their sweet and funny demeanor added to the great atmosphere. The hotel's use of electronics for room management, such as lights, ventilation, and curtains, was impressive. The service provided by the hotel management and cleaning staff was extremely professional and friendly. The breakfast supplied by the café Mökki was delicious and fresh, and the spa was a must-visit, even for non-swimmers or those who are not particularly fit. the experience was amazing and luxurious, and I would definitely stay there again!

During my city break, I enjoyed the luxurious amenities and the comfortable bed in my hotel room. the central location made it very convenient to explore the city. The attentive staff was also a highlight and always ready to assist with any requests.

My experience was dampened by the poor water quality in both the sink and bathtub, which was brown and unpleasant. The breakfast was also not up to par, and the lack of communication regarding a changed order further compounded the issue.

I chose this hotel for attending a synod and the Club Lounge provided a beautifully appointed meeting room space with a stunning view of Bayterek tower. The overall experience was exceptional, with friendly and professional service, impressive use of technology, and delicious breakfast options.

The one service that I missed for my work was a larger seating place for the worktop. Other than that, everything was perfect for my stay.

This hotel is a real gem, with a great location that gives easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops. The spa and fitness area are just what you need to unwind, while the well-appointed, spacious rooms make for a comfortable stay. The staff go out of their way to provide excellent service, and the breakfast is a delicious treat. It's hard to beat the lovely view from the room, which adds to the overall luxurious experience.

Sadly, the mattresses aren't quite as comfortable as you'd hope, but it's a small issue in the grand scheme of things.

Great central location, friendly and quality service. Good airport pick-up. Clean and fresh rooms with amazing beds and nice views. Bars and restaurants are great. Breakfast staff, door man, and luggage staff are attentive and helpful. Special mention to Aigerim, the wonderful hostess who provided the best customer service.

We stayed at this luxury hotel over Thanksgiving and it was amazing! The complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea they provided were a great touch and saved us some money. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we felt safe walking around. The bed was extremely comfortable which made sleeping in easy.

There were a few things that could have been better. The bathtub took a long time to fill up and the water was a bit yellow.
